Lauren is a great listener. She has been very positive and encouraging and that's exactly what I needed. She encouraged me to set goals and helped me organize them so they would be more attainable. I like her and I trust her. I will continue to utilize her as a coach until I can overcome my tendency to procrastinate due to certain beliefs I have and certain fears.
